Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time. We process orders Monday–Friday (Eastern Time), excluding major US holidays (New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

Holiday season note: During Christmas and New Year, processing and transit times may run 5–10 business days longer than usual. We recommend ordering early and selecting Express shipping if your item needs to arrive by a specific date.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you haven't received tracking within 15 business days of ordering, email us at support@gearotaku.com.
Some carriers take 5–7 business days to activate tracking after a label is created - if your tracking shows "no information available," this is usually why. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and tracking still shows nothing, contact us and we'll look into it.
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate packages depending on production location, even if combined shipping was selected. Each package is tracked individually.

We ship using UPS, DHL, FedEx, and Yun Express, depending on your destination and the fastest available route.

United States - all 50 states and Washington DC. Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, and Puerto Rico are also served, at the remote-area shipping rate shown above.
International - Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Norway, Sweden, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, Turkey, Israel, Brazil, Costa Rica, Denmark, Finland, Chile, Hungary, United Arab Emirates, and South Africa.
We're unable to ship to Military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Customs, Duties & VAT
International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We don't collect VAT, duties, or customs fees at checkout - these are set by your local government and are the recipient's responsibility if applied.
